There are lots of things that you can do to help out in the Neponset Watershed, from volunteering to advocating to sharing your photos! Check out some of the opportunities below and give us a call if you have any questions 781-575-0354.

Become a volunteer!

As a volunteer, you might:

  • sample water at streams around the watershed
  • work with other volunteers on river cleanups
  • work as a summer intern
  • help with local advocacy in your town or at the State House
  • monitor biocontrol treatment sites
  • survey dams and culverts
  • put together a mailing
  • staff an event table

Contribute Photographs

We would love to see your photos of the Neponset River Watershed! Please keep photographs focused on the geographic area of the watershed, which includes Hyde Park, Mattapan, Dorchester, Canton, Dedham, Dover, Foxborough, Medfield, Milton, Norwood, Randolph, Quincy, Sharon, Stoughton, Walpole and Westwood.
